Teamology is operated by Innovatus Leadership Consulting Limited, company number 11153789, at 2nd Floor, 4 Finkin Street, Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG31 6QZ. These terms cover this website and acceptable use of the service. Organisation access, fees, support commitments and data-processing instructions are governed by a separate written agreement. A booking is a request for a conversation, not a purchase.

Invitation-only access

Use only the account and access provided to you. Keep credentials and invitation links private, use accurate information and tell your organisation administrator if your access is no longer needed. Do not attempt to access another organisation’s information, disrupt the service, bypass its safeguards or upload unlawful material. Access may be restricted where necessary to protect the service or other people.

Assessments and advice

Teamology supports team conversations and development. Assessment results and AI suggestions are not clinical diagnoses, guarantees or substitutes for professional judgement. Personality profiles describe preferences, not capability or fixed limits. Review AI suggestions before acting. Do not use a score or AI answer as the sole basis for a consequential employment decision.

Your organisation’s responsibilities

Your organisation is responsible for lawful collection of information, appropriate permissions, informing participants, and fair use of results. It must have a service and data-processing agreement in place before inviting participants. Materials made available through Teamology are for the agreed internal use, not redistribution or resale unless separately permitted.

Availability and bookings

We maintain and improve the service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular outcome. We may carry out maintenance or make changes needed for security and reliability. The existing Teamology calendar handles bookings and any confirmation or cancellation arrangements shown there. Separate customer agreements take priority over these website terms if they conflict.
